Aluminium Casting

The aluminium casting process typically begins with the melting of aluminium ingots or scrap metal in a furnace. Once molten, the aluminium is poured into a pre-designed mold cavity made of materials such as sand, steel, or graphite. The mold can be a one-time use or reusable, depending on the casting requirements.

After the aluminium solidifies within the mold, the casting is removed and may undergo additional processes such as trimming, machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, and inspection to meet the desired specifications and quality standards.
